WHAT ABOUT IF I DO NOT LIVE IN MAINLAND UK?
PLEASE NOTE: Items sent to Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Highlands (IV), Channel Islands and any off shore Island may incur a courier surcharge depending on the size of the order. We will try our best to ship orders via Royal Mail free of charge, however larger more expensive orders will need to be sent by courier and a surcharge payment will be required. We will contact you after you have placed the order to discuss the best delivery option for you.
If you are lucky enough to live on one of the Channel Islands, have a PO Box address or need delivery to BFPO location, I’m sorry but we cannot currently deliver to these locations.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Small orders weighing up to 500g will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard orders and ParcelForce for Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery.
Orders between 500g and 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Hermes 2-4 working day delivery service.
Next Working Day and Saturday Deliveries will be sent via ParcelForce or Hermes.
Parcel sized orders over 2kg will be sent via Hermes 2-4 Working Day Delivery Service.
Next Working Day and Saturday Deliveries will be sent via ParcelForce or Hermes.
Palletised orders will be delivered by a national pallet carrier and can take up 5 working days depending on the network capacity.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
All orders up to 2pm will be despatched the same day under normal circumstances. Any orders placed after this time will not be despatched until the next working day, this includes Saturday Deliveries and Next Working Day Deliveries. No order will be dispatched until payment has been received. We only despatch orders between Monday and Friday. No orders are despatched over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our standard free delivery usually takes up to 4 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances occasionally a few deliveries can take longer than this.
Your parcel can be delivered between 07:00 and 22:00 – Monday to Saturday. No deliveries will take place on Bank Holidays.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Yes you can collect your order from the distribution centre in Norton Canes, Cannock. Please select this option at checkout.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your despatch confirmation will include the tracking number and courier details.
